I made some memorial pages of my grandfather and want to make copies for my grandma. I can't bare to part with the orginals. A few years ago, I had it done at a local scrapbook store, but they are no longer in business. Nothing like waiting til the last minute! |

Do you have a Kinko's nearby. Any copy place or even a printing business might copy it for you. |

I'm not sure if there is a Kinkos near me. I'll have to look into it. Any other ideas? |

I did a Google search using "copy service" "western new york" as the search terms. It yielded three local results (I'm not local so I cannot verify or recommend): Taylor Copy Services TEL: 315/ 474-6601 Copy-Tec Services TEL: (315) 339-5185 Darkroom Imaging TEL: 315/ 336-9152; 800/ 566-9504 HTH and ... Any copy store can do it. I did that for my husband's mom, aunt, and uncle when their father passed away. I was at home on bedrest with a problematic pregnancy so it was good for all of us. |

In my searches, which included Kinko's, most 12 inch copiers will make you lose 1/2 inch off one edge of your page. It is a built in white border, so hopefully there isn't too much journaling or pictures that might get cut off. The employee that helped me copy, was very patient trying to get the best quality of the page. Be sure to ask for acid free paper. |

If you have the ability to scan the page into your computer you can then download it onto a professional digital scrapbooking site that makes copies of your prints. It would be a tiresome process but if you can make it work the results will be worth it. Here are two places to get you going that can copy one 12x12 page for as little as $2.00 each, plus shipping. You will NOT lose any of your edges or have a white border with these places. http://www.scrapbooksplease.com/index.aspx http://www.sbtoshare.com/Digital.htm You could also call them and talk to them about your issue. __________________ Sibylle |

I remember someone talking about Whitehouse Printing - another online service. They supposedly were reasonable in price and did a great job. __________________ |

I'm still searching. I don't have the ability to scan larger than an 8 1/2x11 page at home. I seem to be finding that they don't MAKE copier's larger than 11x17, which is why as said above, an inch or so gets cut off. Kinkos can do it....BUT, they said it would cost 7.95 per page JUST TO SCAN THEM and an additional 7.95 to print them. I can't afford to spend $16 per page. I could recreate them for way less. I'd just have to hunt down identical papers and embellishments. Any other suggestions? |

My vote is for: They do a great job! My friend had an entire 12x12 album (baby's first year) duplicated for the grandparents and it looked amazing, and they are actual 12x12 pages. You do not need to be able to scan your album pages in and e-mail them to them, you actually send them your album. I have copied the info directly from their site for you.
